The Office of Immigrant and Refugee Engagement (OIRE) strengthens connections between Richmond’s immigrant communities and City services. We provide information, resources, and advocacy to ensure equitable access and meaningful engagement for all residents. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of immigrants and refugees by increasing their access to City and community-based services and resources, and by promoting education and civic participation.

The Fan District Association is a civic association serving residents of the historic Fan neighborhood in Richmond, VA. Volunteer opportunities are available to help with parks, events, community programs and more. The FDA also supports Richmond-area organizations and initiatives through its grants and outreach opportunities.

The Rotary Club of Church Hill is not your normal Rotary Club. We are young, hands-on, and innovative. We use technology and community resources to help us take action quickly. 

Founded in 1984, The Rotary Club of Western Henrico County meets every Tuesday morning and is nonpolitical, nonreligious, and open to all cultures, races, and creeds.  As an expectation of being a member of our club, each Rotarian is asked to participate in our meetings, service projects, and fundraisers.  There is an opportunity for each member to choose how his/her skills fit within a wide variety of club activities.
