Agecroft Hall & Gardens is a 23-acre estate featuring a Tudor manor house originally built c. 1500 in England and transported to Richmond in the 1920s. Now a museum, the house and gardens are open to public with tours and events offered year-round.

Conceived in 2000 by a handful of neighbors in an effort to create community greenspace in Union Hill, Jefferson Avenue Community garden has been in continuous operation since October 2003. The garden now flourishes as gathering spot in the heart of the East End, providing a place for residents to grow their own flowers and produce as well as serving as a refuge for pollinators and wildlife in the heart of the city’s East End.
